Games are only cancelled if the Council closes/restricts grounds.

Helensville Rugby Club owns fields 1 & 2 so these are rarely closed (only upon the instruction of the Chairman).

Process is as follows for cancellations/field changes:

  • Council advises North Harbour Rugby Union approx 2pm on a Friday (rarely changes on Saturday)
  • Club delegate will be advised asap
  • Team Managers will then be contacted by a club committee member via phone or text
  • Team Managers will let their team members know asap
  • NZRU draw website updated​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​All games proceed as scheduled UNLESS you hear otherwise from your Team Manager.
