Games are only cancelled if the Council closes/restricts grounds.
Helensville Rugby Club owns fields 1 & 2 so these are rarely closed (only upon the instruction of the Chairman).
Process is as follows for cancellations/field changes:
- Council advises North Harbour Rugby Union approx 2pm on a Friday (rarely changes on Saturday)
- Club delegate will be advised asap
- Team Managers will then be contacted by a club committee member via phone or text
- Team Managers will let their team members know asap
- NZRU draw website updated
All games proceed as scheduled UNLESS you hear otherwise from your Team Manager.
